Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Person to join our team. As a Delivery Person, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods to customers within a specified area. You will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers within the designated delivery area.
• Ensure all deliveries are made within the expected timeframes.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Verify the contents of each order to ensure accuracy before departure.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers in a friendly, professional manner and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Communicate with the dispatch team or supervisor regarding any delays, issues, or concerns.
• Handle cash or payments if necessary and provide receipts.
• Assist with loading and unloading products when required.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any delivery issues promptly.
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
