Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Delivery Associates to join our team and provide efficient and reliable package delivery services for Flipkart and Amazon customers within a 4-5 km radius in Hyderabad. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for the timely and safe delivery of packages to customers\' doorsteps, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory customer experience.Responsibilities:Pick up packages from designated Flipkart and Amazon hubs or warehousesPlan and execute efficient delivery routes within the 4-5 km radius in HyderabadDeliver packages to customers\' doorsteps within the specified time frame of 7 AM to 9 hoursMaintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and any special instructionsProvide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or queries during the delivery processEnsure the safe and secure handling of all packagesAdhere to company policies and procedures related to delivery operationsRequirements:Valid driver\'s license and experience in operating two-wheelers or small delivery vehiclesStrong navigation and time management skills to optimize delivery routesExcellent customer service orientation and communication skillsAbility to lift and carry packages of varying weightsFamiliarity with the Hyderabad area and its neighborhoodsWillingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict delivery timelines
