Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Delivery Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have their own two-wheeler, a valid driving license, and all necessary vehicle documents. This role involves delivering food and non-food items to our customers using a mobile application, managing cash transactions, and ensuring timely and safe delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and non-food items to customers using the company's mobile application.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time and in a safe manner.
• Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and navigate to various locations using GPS and other navigation tools.
• Maintain communication with the customer service team via email and mobile applications.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies regarding delivery operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or issues professionally.

Qualification

• Male, within the age range of 25-40 years.
• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license and all necessary vehicle documents.
• High School pass (minimum educational qualification).
• Basic knowledge of operating mobile applications, email, and other reporting software.
• Basic knowledge of cash management.
• Strong ability to identify and navigate locations.
• Safe driving skills and good time management.
