Position Overview


The Delivery Partner will be leading and driving the Quest Global's relationship with one of the most strategic clients in the EPCM industry and bring a focused approach towards addressing these customers' needs and strategies. The initial focus will be on scaling existing businesses and entering and scaling adjacent businesses. The person will work closely with the Business Leaders, President and Senior leadership of Quest Global, and is responsible for leading and growing the overall worldwide relationship.

Candidate Profile:


A strategic, results-driven individual who can drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


The individual must be familiar with EPCM process preferably in industries like Pharma or Health Care or Life Sciences or Data Centre or Automotive Manufacturing or Semiconductor and have significant experience in the Construction industry. We are looking for someone who can identify customer pain points, demonstrate ability in creating long-term customer solutions and bring long-term trusted customer relationships, maturity, scalability and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Planning and project management responsibility for the architecture trade within general planning
• Project Management: Oversee the technical delivery of projects with client, ensuring timely and successful completion. This includes:
+ Defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables
+ Coordinating resources and tasks across internal teams (e.g., engineering, support etc)
+ Tracking progress and mitigating risks
+ Communicating effectively with customer and stakeholders
• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with Client, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve partner execution processes and workflows, contributing to the efficiency and scalability of our operations.
• Development and planning of innovative architectural solutions and designs in the field of object planning with a focus on service in Concept/ Basic and Detail Design phases for complex projects, buildings and facilities in the high-tech industry
• Content-related and organizational leadership responsibility for expert planning teams in the field of architecture
• Management of the planning process in general planning projects as well as higher level content coordination and interface to internal and external planning stakeholders
• Advising our customers as well as sparring with internal departments regarding planning processes
• Successfully completed studies in architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of in-depth professional experience in a comparable position with planning or project management responsibility at a general planning company
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to partner integrations and technical processes.
• Travel: This is a customer facing role. You would be required to travel to client locations to deliver professional services when needed.

Skills And Qualifications:

• At least 20 years of professional experience in design and implementation planning
• Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of property planning as well as special knowledge in the field of cleanroom planning desirable
• Knowledge and experience in integral model-based planning desirable
• Willingness to travel on a project-related basis
• Independent, conceptual, structured, and cross-discipline work
• Solution-oriented negotiation skills as well as a good feel for people and facts
• Advanced project management Skills (Budgets, Scheduling, Steering etc)
• Quality Management Experience
• Autocad Revit Experience
• Experience in Bim Coordination

• B.Arch or M.Arch
