Job Title:- Delivery Operation
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Route Planning and Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
• Dispatch Support: Provide support to the dispatch team by coordinating driver assignments, communicating delivery instructions, and addressing any issues that arise during delivery.
• Customer Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing updates on delivery status, addressing inquiries, and resolving any delivery-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Order Processing: Process delivery orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
• Inventory Management: Assist in inventory management activities, including monitoring stock levels, coordinating with warehouse teams for replenishment, and conducting regular inventory checks.
• Quality Assurance: Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure accurate and safe delivery of products, adhering to company standards and customer expectations.
• Data Analysis: Collect and analyze delivery performance data, identify trends, and generate reports to evaluate operational efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies in all delivery operations.
