• Supervise the delivery of service to clients to fulfil set standards and timeframe and be responsible for it/
• Act as the main link between clients and delivery.

• Adopt and execute delivery service delivery processes and methods to provide clients with the highest satisfaction possible.
• Observe and interpret the performance of service based on indicators and KPIs in documenting attainment.
• Focused on continuous service improvements
• Ensure compliance to all security and compliance standards, subject to audit
• Address concerns and problems arising from a service that may affect the customer's experience.
• Demonstrate leadership at external and internal projects
• Develop and present reports, status updates, on service delivery performance, issues, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Support the effective communication between clients and team. Key responsibilities being awareness of requirements and expectations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends on the Data front.
• Effective resource and skill management to cater to current and future needs
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experienced in Data & Analytics delivery, operations and program management
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a similar role; Overall experience over 15 years
• Strong Data Management, Data Engineering skills
• Strong financial knowledge and understanding to manage the budget, pnl and drive optimization efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage, motivate team
• Strong time management skills
• Strong planning skills
