Introduction: This role will be responsible for process analysis, Data Mining, Dashboard Creation , design support, UAT support and BAU handover. Following are the additional responsibilities - o Interpret business strategies and translate into business requirements and designs. Clearly define and ensure continuity/traceability of the functional / non-functional requirements as part of the overall definition of solutions to support business needs o Understand the Technical Requirements by working closely with Process Mining Consultants and Operations team o Support / manage the design and development of technology and process solutions to meet the agreed business requirements including management information requirements within the technology / process solutions o Support / manage test preparation and execution for designated programme workstreams o Support / manage the implementation of technology and solutions following completion of testing including support to / management of training and user documentation workstreams o Provide post-implementation support including (where necessary) management of operational activities (e.g. risk/control activities) prior to handover to BAU What will you be doing Main duties. Working alongside the Process Mining team, the role will be responsible for the following activities: o Work closely with stakeholders to help answer key business questions about the process o Use the Celonis Process Mining technology to identify process inefficiencies and understand the root causes, always in close collaboration with the customer o Conduct value creation workshops and align measures to improve process inefficiencies o Quantify the business and financial potential and present the findings to the management o Set the foundation of the path to value to make the long-term customer success journey happen o Identify required data sources, support extraction and transformation (ETL) within the Process Mining platform o Develop custom process models using process mining techniques o Develop visualisations to deliver process insights to stakeholders o Build automated workflows to facilitate pro-active process interventions o Support end-to-end Process Mining initiatives o Create and work in an agile environment. o Responsible for the successful delivery of projects to plan, budget and agreed quality and governance standards. The role typically requires managing three plus complex projects simultaneously o Manages project teams engaged throughout the full delivery lifecycle. Delivery of projects supporting the business strategy from business case through to initiation, requirement analysis, design, build, testing, implementation and closure. o Manages the project end to end including the IT elements of delivery (where applicable) o Contribute ideas and suggestions for process improvements within the project and across the group. o Ability to work in global environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds o Delivers strategies for Colleague Process automation, improvement and opportunities for consolidation o Displays ability to reach decisions under conditions of uncertainty or high risk o Candidate Profile o Certified Celonis Solution Professional, Celonis Implementation Professional or equivalent o 5+ years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Process Improvement, or a similar area o 5+ years working experience with Process Mining Technology and in delivering Process Mining Projects (preferably leveraging Celonis) o Hands-on experience in a Process Mining Tool (Celonis, UiPath, QPR, Minit etc.) will be a strong advantage o Education background in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program o Strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with various customers o Understand business processes (preferably Finance Processes such as AP, AR, OtC, PtP) o Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and known for being a quick learner o Knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R) o Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining and you seek continuous improvement of your know-how o Ability to handle competing - oftentimes sudden - priorities flexibly and address each in an effective and timely manner in a fast-paced working environment o Excellent written and verbal English language skills o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills o Ability to quickly learn new technology, business domains and processes o Proven ability to multi-task, be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressured environment with changing priorities o Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours o Good team player and self-motivated o Adaptable and bale to pick up new techniques o High attention to detail and quality of work o Able to create clear technical specifications from business requirements What we\'re looking for: o Should be certified in Celonis on the below courses . Solution Creation Expert o Must be able to create Execution apps, Simulations, Action flows & dashboards for different processes o Should be well versed in creating various execution apps (steering views, action views, etc.) o Should be well versed in Knowledge models & Sensors o Should have good understanding & hands on SQL / PWL o Different source system knowledge over cloud & On-Prem, knowledge about extraction & transformation of data o Should have knowledge about Python/R & YAML o Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with senior stakeholders, business subject matter experts, IT staff o Experience of working to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment o Pragmatic rather than idealistic outlook o Track record of high-quality delivery o Wide range of proven analytical ability o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
