Overview:


The Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines. This role involves client engagement, account growth, value addition, and team management to foster strong client relationships and deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Ensure timely, within-budget completion of IT projects with high-quality deliverables and compliance.
• Client Engagement: Serve as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships and addressing concerns promptly.
• Account Farming & Growth: Identify expansion opportunities, develop strategies, and collaborate for new business.
• Value Addition: Drive innovation, analyze metrics for improvements, and contribute to service offerings.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor IT professionals, foster collaboration, and optimize resource allocation.

Who You Are:

• IT background with hands-on experience in software development and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban), Open Source.
• Deep understanding of leveraging technology to improve business processes and delivering complex IT solutions across industries.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships, account farming, and strategizing for business growth.
• Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, with relevant certifications such as PMP or PMI-ACP preferred.
