Project Delivery Management:
• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor all phases of project
• Analyze high level client requirement and ensure preparation of required documents for business processes and execution of same.
• Analyze business processes and provide consultation for functional requirement of processes.
• Create timelines and detailed project plans for product feature enhancements, implementations, and upgrades
• Coordinate with product managers, stakeholders, and development teams to prioritize tasks, track progress, and resolve blockers.

• Ensure high-quality delivery through proactive risk management and mitigation.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
• Gather client requirements, expectations, and feedback, translating these into actionable plans for the delivery team.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
• Lead, motivate, and support cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with team members across engineering, product, and operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues in the delivery process.
Continuous Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
• Lead retrospective sessions to capture lessons learned and promote continuous process enhancement.
Risk and Issue Management:
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Escalate critical issues as needed, working with senior management to address and resolve.
Budget and Resource Management:
• Oversee budget management and resource allocation, ensuring optimal use of available resources.
• Monitor project expenditures and make adjustments to meet delivery goals while staying within budget.
Reporting and Documentation:
• Provide regular progress reports to leadership and stakeholders, outlining key milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Maintain thorough documentation for each project, including scope, requirements, changes, and outcomes.
Experience
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery management, preferably in software development or IT services.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and / or Waterfall approaches.
• Experience in managing client-facing projects.
• Technical knowledge or background in software development, cloud technologies, or IT systems.
Additional skills
• General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system design
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and mentor teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Asana) and tracking systems.
• Good Microsoft Office applications skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
• Knowledge of designing process flows (via MS Visio or any other) preferred
