MAKE AN IMPACT Role : Delivery Manager - Insurance Experience: 15+ years Location: Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Gurgaon
MUST HAVE: Insurance Industry experience

• A good understanding of insurance product manufacturing and distribution processes and technology from end-to-end
• Proven experience managing several stakeholders both internal & external
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Science, Business Administration, Social Sciences in psychology, economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• A project manager certification (PMP, Prince II) is required
• Demonstrable experience as a technology delivery manager with strong agile delivery experience with knowledge of waterfall methodologies
• Previous experience with large scale technology migration and integration preferred
• Able to assess process and system use and focus on KPIs to track progress and manage changes, eg, Confluence, and Jira
• Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders e.g. Product Owner.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and changing priorities.
• Ability to bring analytical rigor, structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, persuading and communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
• Excellent team leader and player, able to lead others into action
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
