Optimize cost of delivery and improve engagement profitability. Conduct periodic tracking of delivery milestones and financials. Stakeholder & Customer Engagement: Engage and develop deep business relationships with key client stakeholders. Ensure customer expectations are met while delivering high-quality solutions. Generate customer advocacy by consistently delivering on expectations. Drive service level management, preempting and mitigating delivery risks. Implement transformation initiatives focusing on service improvements and value additions. Team & Resource Management: Manage a team of up to 100 associates, ensuring high engagement and capability development. Effectively structure and drive governance meetings (SteerCo, internal reviews, etc.). Develop a robust knowledge management plan to avoid single points of failure. Plan and execute resource optimization, role structuring, and upskilling. Operational Excellence & Best Practices: Forecast business requirements and market trends. Implement structured project management methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.). Identify and mitigate project risks proactively. Optimize project portfolio timelines and delivery objectives. Measure and report key performance metrics including revenue, profitability, and service penetration.
