Role: Delivery Manager Experience: 12+ Years Location: Hyderabad Domain: Telecom Engineering Key Responsibilities Projects Execution Pilot Projects Scope Understanding and Deployment Customer Satisfaction Provide Technical Expertise Monitor critical aspects of projects. Job Requirements Graduate / Postgraduate in Engineering and/or GIS related subjects At least 12 + years of experience in GIS, Telecom and FTTH design with minimum of 5 years\' experience in managing the projects with the team size of about 50+ Tasks to be Performed Execute multiple short- amp; long-term projects of varying dynamics within the domain space Strict adherence to deadlines with understanding work quality and efficiency Provide guidance and mentorship to the Team. Ensure effective CTC - contribution to company Issue Management and Customer communication Maintain cross functional relationships Contribution to Business presales such as responding to RFPs, etc. Ability to maintain and analyze large data sets efficiently and undertake project level action plans to deliver various pilot projects. Client facing ability to interact with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Skillset and hands on experience on Fiber Design includes some of Permit, TCP and O-Calc scopes. Ability to create Process flows, Workflows, and project values; and presenting with Client and management as needed Comfortable dealing with rapidly changing work environment Usage of MS Office and understanding on data analysis, RCA amp; CA.
