Delivery Manager : GRC & Data Protection: Ideally years of Experience is 10-13 Years of experience Technical skills • Knowledgeable about NIST SP 800-53, CIS benchmarks, various other IT Security regulations &
baseline controls• Experience in architecture consulting, control establishment & optimization along security domains such as Identity & Access Management, Data Encryption, Firewall auditing, Vulnerability Management & Reporting, Asset Management.
• Experience in information technology security is a strong requirement, and person should have
experience in at least one or more technology at some time.• Experience in Sarbanes Oxley, Information Security, Data Privacy, PCI and HIPAA requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile framework.
• Knowledge of Security and Compliance Testing IT Infrastructure, and exposure to any GRC tool such as Archer will be a plus.
• Hands-on experience in IT Security implementation & risk assessment.
• Experience in an IT role such as networking, infrastructure, or development to supplement risk
assessment skills.• Must be able to effectively communicate routine to moderately complex security related
information including plans, strategies, and designs to a variety of internal and potential external
audiences.• Participate in security Governance work performed by internal and external teams. Support policies, standards, implementation requirements, training, information security awareness programs and gap assessments.
• Learn and manage Governance, Risk and Compliance across internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with at least one DLP tool, with preference to Proofpoint and Zscaler.
• Partner with product management to define and articulate vision of the data loss prevention service.
• Educate and help team members on how to build strong DLP rules and processes.
• Must be able to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and collaborate with both IT and non-IT partners. May be
required to provide on-call support.• Train/mentor team members and handle escalations. Get actively involved in Training, selfd evelopment & knowledge sharing.
Delivery Management • Leading deliveries for one or functions. Planning and estimation, scheduling, task allocation, monitoring & control, reviews
• Drive OKRs/global level deliveries with the agreed levels of measures - quality, completeness, timeliness.
• Provide domain and technical leadership to help bolster capability and help overall maturity and build the required engineering mindset
• Strong stakeholder connect (Function head/PO/SMEs) to help strengthen relationship, identify gaps and opportunities to increase value proposition
• Ability to influence, identify and suggest solutions to keep improving the practices and methods used
• Supervising teams to ensure appropriate usage of technology and process and guide projects/ initiatives to a successful completion as per business needs and schedules
• Status reporting, metrics capture & analysis. Establish and continually improve management and execution processes including risk management, communication, quality & service levels
• Build a trusting and safe environment throughout the delivery system where problems can be raised without judgement with an emphasis of problem solving and continuous learning and improvement
People Management • Effectively identify/ leverage development programs focused on Upskilling & Reskilling people
• Mentor engineers to develop competencies on being effective in meetings/ deliveries
• Contribute towards building Leadership/ SMEship pipeline for the future by grooming internal talent
• Handle Performance appraisals, training and development plans, staffing, on-boarding
Risk & Cost Management
Risk• Ensuring appropriate security practices are being adopted by team.
• Identifying and raising risks early on with the aim of avoiding/minimizing impact from legal, compliance and other risk factors
Cost• Ensuring effectively utilization of capability and constantly focusing on increasing productivity to get more done with same/less
