SUMMARY OF JOB:Lead Analytics Portfolio Delivery of BI, RPA, and Data Science to enable Analytics in end to end supply chain covering - Procurement, Planning, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Customer Experience, Safety and SustainabilityPeople management:

• Build strong team, by attracting right talents, provide clear direction and empower the team to perform as a high-performance team

• Coach, mentor and develop team in enhancing skills and on career development

Analytics Portfolio Delivery Management:

• Develop a Vision and Strategy for Regional Analytics aligned with key stakeholders.

• Translate the strategic imperatives into a long-term roadmap to achieve the vision.

• Develop and standardize analytical tools, frameworks, and processes, to enable and democratize fact-based decision making at all levels of the business.

• Challenge the status quo to advance Analytics in Supply Chain

• Deliver key business outcomes of Cost Savings, Inventory reduction, Quality, Safety, Sustainability and People empowerment

• Digital domain leader and competency leader in people upskilling program in Analytics technology

• Work with leadership to derive Integrated Supply Chain transformation through innovative analytics.

• Regularly study industry best practices and filter on practices that aligns with needs of the Schneider Electric

Stakeholder Management:

• Partner & present to Senior Leadership across Supply Chain act as an information guide to them in critical decisions of the company.

• Engage with all the Regions, and Develop and Evolve the Operating model to sustain, innovate and scale.

• Engage and partner with other functions (business process, central analytics team, etc.) to drive business outcomes.

QualificationsExperience & Education:8 + Years of Digital Transformation and Analytics Delivery ExperienceB Tech/ M Tech, MBA is a plusPrimary Skills:

• Delivery Management: Proven and successful experience in execution of data analytics initiatives leading to business performance. Hands-on experience in full life cycle management of global enterprise level software applications and Analytics solutions
• Knowledge: Good understanding of Supply Chain Management and key supply chain metrics. Understanding of industry best practices in the field of advanced analytics.
• Project Management: Ability and experience to lead complex and large cross functional global projects
• People Management: Track record of building and/or leading strong teams (hire, enable, empower, coach, motivate, reward etc.) that can deliver tangible business results through analytics.
• Organization Savvy: An individual who can manage organizational complexities and yet able to deliver results while staying positive, approachable, and adaptable. The role requires someone who can manage both up and down the organization with same ease and able to build credibility and network with stakeholders.
• Collaborative: Ability to make strong, lasting, and meaningful connection with stakeholders, which will aid the candidate in execution of duties in this highly collaborative role.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are a must have for the Leader of Analytics as this position needs to work with all global regions and the key stakeholders will come from diverse (cultural, geographic, ethnic etc.) backgrounds.
• Change Management: Strong change management skills are needed to drive the team to success. In many situations the change will be difficult and hence will not just require a very good understanding of change management best practices but will also require creativity, flexibility, and perseverance
