What will your essential responsibilities include?
Provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction to Claims Operations colleagues, operating as a hands-on leader, ensuring the achievement of established goals.
Process and people leader with direct self-directed client relations and client handling.
Accomplishment in process optimization, operation management, and client servicing & team management with a key focus on driving operational rigor, managing SLAs and KPIs, drive continuous process improvements/efficiency.
Good knowledge of P&C Insurance Claims, with team leading and stakeholder handling experience.
Excellent MIS skillset to drive insightful performance - responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to both internal management and business stakeholders.
Develop robust business relations with stakeholders and drive the teams forward.
Be a role model for teams by setting the right precedence, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
Robust collaboration skills and business acumen and industry awareness.
Creative problem solver and self-starter with positive intent, mature judgment, and willingness to be a robust team player.
Able to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Execute a Claims Operations vision and set of priorities that are linked with business, Claims Solutions, and customer needs.
Challenge existing practices and develop innovative answers related to departmental risks, operational controls, and efficiency initiatives to contribute to the effective management of shared operations.
You will report to the Head of the Department.

Experience in the insurance domain specific to Claims and UW would be an added advantage
Eager to continuously develop and update your knowledge.
Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
Preferred Certification: AINS, AIC, Cert CII, CPCU.
Preferred Candidate with Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
