Process and people leader with direct self-directed client relations and client handling. . Accomplishment in process optimization, operation management, and client servicing & team management with a key focus on driving operational rigor, managing SLAs and KPIs, drive continuous process improvements/efficiency. . Good knowledge of P&C Insurance Claims, with team leading and stakeholder handling experience. . Excellent MIS skillset to drive insightful performance - responsible for weekly/monthly reporting to both internal management and business stakeholders. . Develop robust business relations with stakeholders and drive the teams forward. . Be a role model for teams by setting the right precedence, sound judgment, and decision-making skills. .
