Your main tasks will include overseeing multiple ongoing projects across the organization, ensuring timely delivery, client success, managing day-to-day project related operations, resource allocation and optimizing resource utilization. To succeed in this role you should have excellent managerial skills and a propensity to utilize modern tools to fulfill your role more effectively and efficiently. Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical side Responsibilities : Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Always up-to-date about project timeline and health. Deploy industry standard project planning practices to ensure adequate documentation and planning. Forecast resource requirements and perform resource allocation planning based on information from other departments such as sales and hiring. Communicate, translate, and simplify client requirements to ensure buy-in from all stakeholders. Regularly communicate with the team and the client to fill any gaps of information between the two sides. Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernise systems. Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts to the clients. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. Ensuring solutions meet clients\' needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing. Qualifications A bachelor\'s degree in business or a related field or an MBA. Experience in systematically managing multiple projects involving 5-20 member strong teams Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Having technical skills is advantageous. Excellent documentation skills. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations. Competency in office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. A track record of following through on commitments. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills. Experience leading and developing top-performing teams.
