Job Description
Responsibilities : - Defining and executing Analytics way of delivering training, programs, conferences and hackathons - Once defined, having regular check-ins and feedback from the clients and internal check-ins to ensure delivery is on schedule. - Up-selling and expanding relationships with the clients based on their needs. - Coordinating the delivery of the products and services in line with our standards and client\'s satisfaction. - Tracking, acting and improving the NPSfeedback score for every service delivered through Analytics.
