Duties and responsibilities
Before the delivery
Sort the shipment and per their route allocation.
Check POS (Connectivity, Charge and availability of paper roll).
Report to Team Leaders with sorted shipment and receive the run sheet (paper or app).
Bag the shipment aligned to Run sheet/Field Apps as per standard.
Collect pick up sheet and acknowledgement letter if any from Team Leader for his route.
Tally the shipment with the security guard as per his Run sheet/Field Apps and leave for delivery.
Ensure attendance is recorded in Biometric.
During the delivery
Safely drive as per company policy and follow traffic rules at all times.
Well-groomed and in company uniform at all times.
Demonstrate respectful behavior towards customers and society at large.
Always represent Ekart brand with pride as a brand ambassador.
Escalate customer's concerns timely as per company policy.
Respect privacy and ensuring safety of all customers and especially towards of women, children and senior citizens.
Present shipment to the customer or pick up shipment from the customer as per company's standard and provide customer delight.
Delivery/Pick up to be done in coordination with HI, TL, CEC, FE Helpline number as and when required.
Solicit accurate feedback from the customer during the delivery or pick up of shipment.
Accurate update of undelivered shipment and pending pickups on real time basis.
After the delivery
Reconcile shipment and cash collected, POS Slip and handover to Hub Business Finance Executive / Team Leader at day end as per standard.
Return POS device to Business Finance Executive / Team Leader / Hub In-charge.
Qualifications
( Minimum 12th Pass. Graduates will be preferred.
Skill and Knowledge Required
Can drive a two wheeler.
Should be able to read English.
Have the knowledge of PIN codes and routes for the Area he will be deputed.
Has a pleasant personality and has the ability to deal with customers.
Other requirements
Needs to have a valid Driving License.
Valid address proof documents (Rental Agreement, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Electricity Bills, Nationalized Bank Passbook).
Need to have a smart phone of minimum 512 MB RAM, Android version 4.0 and above.
Should be an Indian National.
Should own a two wheeler.
Candidates from similar industry would be preferred.
