Job Description
The role is responsible for maintaining bike quality and serving them to customers.What will you do?
- Serving bikes to customers (Pick-up)
- Receiving bikes from customers (Drop-off)
- Maintaining quality of bikes by taking the vehicle to service centre or local mechanic
- Attend vehicle breakdowns, reach out to customers in crisis and help them
- Maintain log of all bookings served
- Maintain log of all bikes, their odometer readings, documents * Attend customer enquiry calls for your location
- Clean and maintain the bikes properly.
