The incumbent would lead Quality for the Insurance vertical and work with teams at multiple levels to deploy the right Quality standard and structure.Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Quality practices (Quality Control and Assurance practices).
• Strong delivery expertise. Should have thorough knowledge of BPO Operation practices.
• Should have good knowledge of the Insurance Domain
• Good understanding of Six Sigma / Lean methodology.
• Expertise in analyzing information and help Improve the performance of the teams

Strong knowledge of transition project management

• Should have managed large accounts in the Banking or Insurance domain

Certifications Needed:

• Six Sigma Black Belt Certified or Trained.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Any Graduate
• 10-18 Years experience
