Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th-grade education or equivalent.
• Valid and up-to-date driving license.
• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in distribution or logistics.
• Knowledge of local routes and geography.
• Ability to handle and operate delivery vehicles responsibly.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities:

• Safely transport goods from Wagmart distribution center to retailers in and around Udala, Mayurbhanj.
• Follow scheduled routes and ensure timely deliveries to meet business requirements.
• Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations during transportation.
• Provide excellent customer service to retailers during deliveries.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate loading and unloading of goods.
• Maintain delivery records and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery completion.
• Report any delays, accidents, or other traffic incidents to the supervisor.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as refueling and checking oil levels.
