Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Delivery Driver in Kolkata, India. The Delivery Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to customers, managing and maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the Delivery Driver should be capable of forklift operation and may be required to conduct sales-related tasks should the need arise. Training may be provided to develop specialized skills and techniques necessary for efficient delivery operations. Qualifications Customer service skills Experience in forklift operation Ability to learn new skills quickly through training Sales ability not mandatory, but is a plus Food and beverage delivery experience is a plus Experience in supply chain management is a plus Excellent driving record with a valid license Strong communication skills and ability to read and write in English Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy loads as needed High school diploma or equivalent Experience in logistics/delivery operations is a plus
