Academics: Graduate or post graduate in Engineering & technology/ Business/ Science You are a strong fit for this role if you are/ have: Passionate about people, technology, customer and continuous improvement Overall 15 to 25 years of working experience 10+ years of experience in managing tele-communication projects (especially FTTx Plan & Design)/ program delivery while assuring quality standards like ISO9001 and managing triple constraints Solid knowledge about Plan& Design, BAU engineering, ISP design services, As-built engineering etc. Good to have the knowledge about TL9000 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role Managed upwards of $ 15 MN+ annual revenue Managed upwards of 200+ people Skills : Delivery management, Program management, Customer engagement, people management, Coaching, Project financials, Operations excellence, EVM You will be reporting to: Senior Delivery director/ Delivery partner/ Global delivery head Who will report to you A band of managers and senior managers Potential career progression: Based on opportunity available, performance and your interest, following things can be considered as potential career progression for this role.
