In this role, you will possess a strong background in managing complex projects, driving strategic initiatives and cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels and functions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12+ years of Project delivery, Team handling and Stakeholder Management experience in Telecommunication and IT domain with technical background in Development, Product or Infrastructure.Job Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Leadership -

• Provide Strategic direction and oversight for the planning, execution and successful delivery of multiple projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Define project objectives, scope and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project goals with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
• Stakeholder Management -

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including executives, clients, partners and internal team and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status, progress and milestones effectively to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports and presentations.
• Team Leadership and Development -

• Lead and empower cross-functional project teams, providing guidance, direction and support to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment conducive to creativity, innovation, high performance and continuous improvement.
• Promote professional growth and skill development among team members through membership, coaching and training opportunities.
• Quality Assurance and Risk Management -

• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet established standards and client expectations.
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential impacts on project outcomes.
• Monitor project performance metrics and quality standards to ensure adherence to established guidelines and client expectations.
• Identify and manage risks associated with telecommunication projects, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Financial Oversight and Resource Management -

• Monitor project budgets, resources and expenditures, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, optimize cost-effectiveness and profitability.
• Track financial metrics, prepare forecasts and report on financial performance to Senior Management and Stakeholders.
• Allocate resources efficiently and strategically to maximize productivity and minimize risks.
• Communication -

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates of project progress, challenges, and solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12+ years of progressive experience in Project Delivery and Stakeholder Management with a strong emphasis on leading and delivering complex projects within the telecommunication and IT industry.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent in highly desirable.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to closure, demonstrating strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Project Management tools and software (e.g. JIRA, MS Project, Smart Sheet) and familiarity with agile methodologies.
• In-depth knowledge of migration processes, technologies, and challenges specific to telecommunication industry.
• Proficient in applying agile methodologies to telecommunication product development, fostering iterative and adaptive approaches.
• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, both within and outside the telecommunication domain.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities in guiding teams to successful outcomes in projects.
• A high level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
