A leading online pharmacy dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare products to our customers' doorsteps. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Boy/Girl to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering medicinal products to customers and may also handle cash collections.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Delivery:

- Deliver medicinal products to customers promptly and efficiently.

- Ensure the safe and secure handling of all deliveries.

- Verify customer details and obtain necessary signatures upon delivery.

2. Cash Collection:

- Collect cash payments from customers as required.

- Ensure accurate handling and accounting of collected cash.

3. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or issues during deliveries.

- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

4. Route Management:

- Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.

- Ensure timely completion of all assigned deliveries within the designated area.

5. Fuel and Meal Allowance:

- Receive Rs2.00 per km for fuel expenses.

- Receive Rs50.00 for lunch if the round-trip distance covered exceeds 90 km in a day.

Requirements:

1. Essential:

- Must be 8th standard pass and able to read English.

- Communication skill is added advantage with ability to speak in Bengali, Hindi and English.

- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.

- Physically fit and strong enough to drive up to 100 km per day.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

- Basic knowledge of the local area and routes.

2. Preferred:

- Prior experience in a delivery role is an advantage.

- Good communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
