Delivery Boy/girl
Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Boy to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to customers in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the integrity of the items during transit.
Responsibilities:
• Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers' locations following the delivery schedule.
• Load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a safe and timely manner.
• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients.
• Follow assigned routes and time schedules.
• Abide by all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to deliveries.
• Collect payments, if required, and ensure proper handling of all transactions.
• Maintain communication with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Inspect and maintain the vehicle regularly to ensure roadworthiness.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
