Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Delivery Boy with 3-4 years of experience in fast-paced delivery operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and safe delivery of products to customers. A personal bike is required for this role.

Role & Responsibilities

Timely Deliveries : Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in a safe manner, following the designated routes and traffic regulations.

Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour during deliveries.

Order Handling : Verify orders before delivery, ensuring items are correctly packed and undamaged.

Route Planning : Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficiency and reduce delivery time.

Vehicle Maintenance : Ensure your bike is in good condition and ready for daily use. Perform regular maintenance and report any issues.

Documentation : Collect payments (if applicable) and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery. Report any issues or delays to the supervisor.

Safety Compliance : Adhere to company safety standards, traffic laws, and health protocols during delivery operations.

Skills & Qualification:

Education : High school diploma or equivalent (10th grade or above).
Experience : 3-4 years of experience in a delivery or courier role.

Vehicle : Own a reliable bike with a valid driving license and proper registration.

Skills :

• You should be able to complete deliveries efficiently and within specified timeframes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
