We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy to join our shop. The primary role of the Delivery Boy is to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of sweet treats to our customers. If you are punctual, have a good knowledge of the local area, and enjoy interacting with customers, this could be the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities:

Delivering Sweet, Dairy products and other food products:

• Safely and promptly deliver sweets, dairy products and other products to customers' designated locations.

Customer Service:

• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, courteous, and helpful when interacting with customers during deliveries.

Route Planning:

• Plan the most efficient delivery route to ensure timely deliveries.
• Use GPS or maps to navigate to destinations.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Maintain the delivery vehicle in a clean and good working condition.

Payment Handling:

• Collect payments from customers, if required, and return any change accurately.

Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including addresses, payments, and any delivery issues.

Safety Compliance:

• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.
• Follow safety guidelines when handling and transporting food products.

Requirements:

Education: Any
Language: Hindi

Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license for motorcycles or

Local Knowledge: Good knowledge of the local area and streets for efficient navigation.

Punctuality: Must be reliable and punctual for scheduled deliveries.

Customer Service Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy packages.

Clean Driving Record: A clean driving record with no history of accidents or violations.

Time Management: Strong time management skills to ensure on-time deliveries.

Personal Hygiene: Maintain personal cleanliness and hygiene, especially when handling food products.

Problem-Solving: Ability to handle minor delivery issues and customer inquiries effectively.

Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Reliable Vehicle: If using a personal vehicle for deliveries, it should be in good working condition.
