Key Responsibilities

• Timely Deliveries:
• Deliver goods or packages to customers promptly and efficiently.
• Follow the designated delivery routes and schedules.

Package Handling:

• Ensure packages are handled carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
• Verify the contents of the packages to ensure accuracy before delivery.

Documentation:

• Obtain signatures or proof of receipt from customers.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.

Customer Interaction:

• Communicate courteously with customers.
• Address customer inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Ensure the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and in good running condition.
• Report any vehicle issues or required repairs promptly.

Compliance:

• Follow traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Requirements:
• Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Experience:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Ability to use GPS or navigation systems.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying packages.

License:

• Valid [Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler] driver's license.
