About Us:
Iceberg Technologies is looking for a reliable and energetic Delivery Boy / Field Executive to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring prompt and accurate delivery services to our clients, as well as supporting various field-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver packages and documents to clients promptly and accurately.
• Collect documents, packages, or payments as required.
• Ensure proper handling and safe transportation of items.
• Conduct field tasks as needed, including client visits and delivery verifications.
• Maintain delivery records and update the team on progress.
Requirements:
• Valid driver's license and own bike/scooter.
• Familiarity with local routes and the ability to navigate efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in delivery or fieldwork is a plus.
