Job Overview: As a Delivery Boy at Ramji Agarbatti, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of our products to customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's reputation by providing excellent customer service while ensuring all deliveries are made efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Delivery:
• Deliver agarbattis (incense sticks) and related products to customers within specified timeframes.
• Ensure products are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Follow delivery routes and ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Interaction:
• Provide excellent customer service by being polite, respectful, and professional.
• Handle any customer inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with the delivery process.
• Collect payments (if applicable) and ensure receipts are properly managed.
• Route Planning:
• Planned and optimized routes for efficient delivery to minimize delays.
• Manage delivery schedules to meet customer expectations.
• Inventory Management:
• Ensure that the correct quantity and type of products are delivered.
• Verify product quality and packaging before leaving the warehouse.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow traffic and safety regulations while driving or riding.
• Maintain a clean and safe driving record.
• Report any vehicle issues or delivery concerns to management.
• Documentation:
• Maintain delivery logs and receipts as per company policy.
• Report any delays, damages, or issues encountered during deliveries.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license or relevant vehicle license.
• Previous experience in delivery or courier services preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of the local area and efficient route planning.
• Must have a positive attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to handle cash (if required).
