• CSI Management
• Audit Management
• UX experience
• Critical Practice Assessment
• Risk management
• Service Management Plan
• MTBSI (Mean time between system incidents) Analysis
• Account calls & meetings
• Manage Technical aspects of P1 Bridge Calls
• Operation review meetings
• Support the work intake process
• Customer escalation point for towers assigned
• Delivery assessments
• Regularly review metrics and plan any needed actions
• Identify GAPs in delivery
