Key Responsibilities
Increase donor acquisition for ONETIME/PLEDGE donations.
Maintain regular contact and follow-up with donors.
Ensure donors are well-informed about the product.
Achieve donor acquisition, upgrading, and retention.
Follow up with donors whose donation mandate/cheque is unrealized.
Provide relevant and accurate information to key decision-makers regarding all aspects of the Fund-Raising Department (to Project Head-FundNexus).
Activities
Ensure ONE TIME/PLEDGE donors are acquired in subsequent years.
Handle donor queries on an ongoing basis.
Reporting Requirements
Submit daily reports on responsibilities handled during the day.
Performance will be tracked through monthly reports and monitored by the Project Head.
Qualifications
Graduates
Skillset
Good written and communication skills.
Target-oriented.
