? Handle incoming customer inquiries through calls and provide prompt and accurate

assistance.

? Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups, feedback, or to provide relevant

information.

? Address customer complaints, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

? Maintain a professional and friendly tone while communicating with customers.

? Update and manage customer information accurately in the system.

? Work closely with other teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.

? Meet performance targets, including response time and customer satisfaction metrics.

? Provide product or service-related information and recommend solutions tailored to

customer needs.

? Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls (1-3 years preferred).

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

? Basic knowledge of CRM software and call center tools is a plus.

? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

? A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
