Requirements:
? Proven experience in handling inbound and outbound customer calls (1-3 years preferred).
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
? Basic knowledge of CRM software and call center tools is a plus.
? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
? A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
