As a Defense Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and managing relationships with defense personnel for our Corporate Salary accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new defense personnel as customers for our Corporate Salary accounts- Build and maintain strong relationships with defense personnel to increase customer retention and cross-selling opportunities- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential defense customers and develop targeted marketing campaigns- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the defense sector and use this information to develop sales strategies- Act as a liaison between the bank and defense organizations to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management- Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to defense personnel banking to ensure compliance and competitive advantageQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry- Proven track record of successfully acquiring and managing defense customers- Strong understanding of the defense sector and its banking needs- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with defense personnel- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Willingness to travel as neededIf you are a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and the defense sector, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity at IDFC FIRST Bank.
