JOB SCOPE:

• Lead a team of designers across cities and oversee the design, implementation, and execution of all decor projects to ensure the best customer experience.
• Develop and standardize processes for the design team and ensure they are followed.
• Understand and analyze customer needs to create relevant offerings for different customer segments.
• Define and track the key performance indicators (KPIs) and key result areas (KRAs) for the design team.
• Work with sales, operations, marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience leading a team in a design-driven role or organization.
• A creative mindset with a passion for the latest design trends and continuously seeking inspiration.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?2,000,000.00 per year
