Work with cross functional teams to examine structured and unstructured data to provide insights and develop high-quality solutions. Effectively shares best practices and fosters knowledge sharing across teams. Communicates effectively with global stakeholders, provides data-driven insights and recommendations on complex problem statements.Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to analyze FedEx and competitor air/surface network. Generate actionable insights for leadership review
• Conduct statistical analysis and create predictive models based on historical data. Build and improve machine learning models used in production and manage existing models
• Research and explore impacts of network changes to customer experience, operations, revenue. Work in a team to develop relevant recommendations to aid decision making
• Stay current on the latest in ensemble ML modeling, advanced statistical techniques, use of database tools and/or other approaches in quantitative analysis of complex business situations
• Take ownership of problem statement, work actively with seniors team members to design solution delivery
• Research and implement best practices to improve the existing decision science infrastructure

• Good to have data visualization (PowerBi, spotfire, etc.), ETL experience, NLP, text analytics, AI or deep learning
