JOB TITLE: Decanter Operator
JOB LOCATION: Durg,Chhattisgarh
Job Responsibilities :
• Set up, operate, and monitor decanter centrifuges to separate solids from liquids in the mash or fermented materials.
• Adjust settings on the decanter to optimize performance and meet product specifications.
• Ensure consistent feed of materials into the decanter to maximize separation efficiency.
• Monitor the output from the decanter, ensuring that the solids and liquid separation is within the desired parameters.
• Perform regular quality checks, including sampling and testing to ensure separation is effective.
• Follow all safety protocols and distillery regulations to ensure a safe operating environment.
• Work with production teams to optimize the decanter centrifuge process, ensuring maximum recovery of liquid for distillation and minimizing waste
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
