Job Title: Collection Executive

We're seeking motivated and communication-skilled individuals to join our team as Collection Executive .
Job Responsibilities
Both are Eligible DRA / Non DRA certified.
• Keeping track of customer accounts and identifying overdue payments.
• Reaching out to customers to discuss their debts and negotiate payment plans.
• Keeping records of contacts, payments, and attempted contacts with customers.
• Helping customers with billing and credit problems, and resolving customer complaints.
Salary- Upto 22K CTC
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?22,000.00 per month
