Job RequirementsRole/Job Title: Debt Manager-Flows-Rural AssetsDepartment/Function: CollectionsJob Purpose:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Manager-Flows-Rural Assets to join our team at IDFC FIRST Bank. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the debt collection process for rural assets, ensuring timely recovery of dues and minimizing delinquency rates. This is a full-time position in the Collections department of our Retail Banking division, reporting to the Head of Debt Management-Flows.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies for efficient debt collection from rural customers
• Monitor and analyze delinquency rates and take necessary actions to reduce them
• Conduct field visits to rural areas to assess the financial situation of customers and negotiate repayment plans
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for legal and recovery proceedings
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update the system accordingly
• Provide regular reports and updates to the management on collection performance and progress
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to debt management and collections in rural areas
• Train and mentor junior team members to improve their collection skills and knowledge

Education Qualification:Graduation - Any GraduateExperience: 2 to 5 Years of experience in collections.
