Role and Responsibilities:- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.- Manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.- Manage all social media postings on behalf of the company- Communicate with customers through emails, WhatsApp, telegram, etc.- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).- To understand the financial requirements of customers- Reach out to customers through digital means to provide financial solutions for their situation.- Connect customers on Emails, WhatsApp, and Calls.- The candidate will be responsible for driving sales targets and developing strong relationships with our customers.
