Eligibility:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in core debt collection process.
• Any graduate or undergraduate with Minimum 6 month of Voice international calling experience must.
• Fresher can apply with excellent communications skills.

Budget:

• For Collection experience Max up to 40K CTC
• For Non Collection Experience Max up to 35K CTC
• For Fresher Max up to 25K CTC

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for skilled and dedicated Debt Collection Executives to join our voice process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely settlements.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and debt collection laws.
• Meet monthly collection targets.
