Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning:
• Develop and implement administrative strategies aligned with the institution's mission and goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate administrative plans with academic and financial objectives.
• Administrative Oversight:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of administrative departments such as finance, human resources, facilities management, IT, and other support services.
• Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in administrative operations.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage the administrative budget, including forecasting, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Allocate resources effectively to support operational needs while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
• Personnel Management:
• Lead and supervise administrative staff, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and accountability.
• Policy Development:
• Develop and revise administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, transparency, and compliance.
• Communicate policies effectively to staff and stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks to the institution's operations and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Ensure continuity of operations through contingency planning and crisis management protocols.
• Strategic Partnerships:
• Cultivate relationships with external stakeholders, vendors, and community partners to support institutional goals and initiatives.
• Represent the institution in administrative matters at local, regional, and national levels as required.
