Position Summary:
The Dealer Sales Representative is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with dealers, distributors, and channel partners. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining brand visibility, and ensuring excellent service standards to maximize customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dealer Network Management:
• Identify, onboard, and develop a strong network of dealers and distributors in assigned territories.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers to maintain relationships and understand their needs.
• Resolve dealer queries and concerns promptly.
• Sales Achievement:
• Drive sales growth through dealers by implementing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Promote new products, schemes, and offers to dealers to boost sales.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Market Analysis and Development:
• Conduct market research to identify potential dealers and untapped opportunities.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer preferences.
• Provide inputs for product development and pricing strategies based on market feedback.

Qualifications and Experience:
