Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Dealer Sales Persons to join our team at Suraj Automobiles. As a Dealer Sales Person, you will be responsible for managing sales activities within a designated area, focusing on generating leads, nurturing relationships, and closing deals to drive market share growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of Massey Ferguson tractor products and services.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned area.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, pricing, and availability.
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Continuously update knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including pipeline status, prospects, and sales forecasts.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or agricultural machinery sector.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment or machinery is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
