Job Description


Dealer Performance Lead - PuneKey Responsibilities:

  • A) Improve Follow-ups & Conversion (FnC):
  • Sensitize the sales team about FnC adherence and quality.
  • Share status with Sales Managers along with improvement action plans.
  • Conduct weekly discussions on top leakage drivers, actions taken, and improvement effects.
  • B) Improve Customer Experience (CX):
  • Analyze top drivers impacting CX and develop action plans.
  • Track Non-Promoters for buyers and non-buyers.
  • Ensure Sales Managers recover detractors.
  • Ensure adherence to sales processes and usage of digital tools.
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps in the sales team and initiate training.
  • C) Increase Percentage of Platinum Dealers:
  • Select and share WOW stories and best practices with Area Managers.
  • Record visit reports and file at the Area Office.
  • Identify key gaps in sales processes, staff, and customer experience.
  • D) Improve Productivity of Sales Executives:
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in the regional language.
  • Willingness to travel 20-25 days per month within the allotted geography.
