Learn more at .Overview:The Deal Desk Analyst will play a key role in managing data entry for our global sales teams and providing essential sales support. You will be responsible for mastering our internal systems, Zoho CRM and Eagle Eyes proprietary platform (EE Admin), and for assisting sales reps worldwide with their operational needs.This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work U.S. time zones while based in Bangalore, interacting regularly with teams across the globe. Roughly 80% of your responsibilities will involve ensuring accurate data entry and management, while 20% will focus on helping sales reps with questions, processes, and finding internal resources.Location: Bangalore, India (In-office, 5 days a week)
Shift: 9-hour shift (1-hour break), covering U.S. time zones: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Austin time. Covering 6:30PM to 6:30AM Bangalore time.
