Job Description

A Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) in an Indian kitchen may have many responsibilities, including:

• Hygiene: Maintaining high standards of hygiene and enforcing strict health and safety standards
• Food quality: Ensuring the quality of food served in all food outlets is of the highest standard possible
• Menu planning: Assisting with menu planning and costing, and providing innovative menu ideas
• Supplies: Ensuring that cooking stations have adequate supplies
• Work area: Keeping work areas clean and tidy
• Training: Assisting in training within your department and attending training sessions when requested
• Collaboration: Working with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate menu items and ensure seamless service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
