xe2x97x8f Good interpersonal skills, for effective communication with Customer
leadership and Arista technical teams.
xe2x97x8f At least 7 years of DC Ops/TAC experience for Large Enterprises (like BFSI,
Service Provider, CSP, SI) in Core & Access Networking domain
xe2x97x8f At least 5 years of hands-on experience & in-depth knowledge of Spine-leaf
Architecture (L2LS/L3LS), MLAG, VXLAN, EVPN, BGP, OSPF and other
Networking protocols and concepts.
xe2x97x8f At least 5 years of hands-on experience in packet capture level
troubleshooting and across multiple network elements like switches,
routers, firewalls etc.
xe2x97x8f Familiarity with the DC environment including micro-segmentation, typical
traffic flows, management, control and data plane, server and VM
deployments, AD/TACACS, NMS etc.
xe2x97x8f Technical Support experience in networking NoC and familiarity with Day 2
Ops procedures
xe2x97x8f Technical expertise to guide the L2 RE team for any planned upgrades,
activities, routine expansion, RMA ,TAC responses and troubleshooting
